Better Body Training was founded by Jo Everill Taylor over 15 years ago. The goal of the sessions is not just to enhance your appearance but (and perhaps most importantly) to improve the way your body functions, helping make day to day tasks and activities that bit easier.

Better Body Training offers you a range of solutions to keep you moving freely whether you have back problems, are pregnant/post natal, recovering from surgery, want to improve sports performance or simply feel tired and stressed from work.

The team at Better Body Training can improve your posture, balance, core control and body confidence as you safely and effectively stretch, lengthen, re-align and tone with their support. Whether you're looking for regular classes or private sessions they can tailor-make a programme to suit and enhance your lifestyle.   • Gentle Foundations Pilates on Mondays 1:30pm at St. Johns Church Hall, Walton on Thames
  • Stretch & Strength Pilates on Mondays 7:30pm at Ashley School, Walton on Thames and Saturdays at 9:30am at St. Johns Church Hall, Walton on Thames
  • Men on Mats Pilates on Mondays 8:30pm at Ashley School, Walton on Thames
  • Pregnancy Pilates on Saturdays 10:30am at St. Johns Church Hall, Walton on Thames
