Tom Chambers is an experienced Personal Trainer with over 15000 hours of client contact time. Starting his career at Matt Roberts Personal Training in London he has trained celebrities, sportspeople, weekend warriors, pregnant women to term and everyone in between. Tom is passionate about coaching clients to better lives. He continuously researches, programs, tests and applies best practices to achieve this. Further to effectively instructing movement and exercise, he seeks to personally understand his clients in order to employ strategies which best motivates and inspires performance from them towards their goals.
At Brains & Brawn Fitness, workouts are designed to develop functional strength and cardiovascular fitness, making it the perfect choice for general fitness and body composition goals. Tom creates challenging and unique workouts utilising, bodyweight movements, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, slamballs, running, skipping,etc. Classes create a fun, safe and effective enviroment for you to get the most from the workouts.
Tom himself is a Walton local, and has previously coached Crossfit classes in a few local gyms. He likes how the class format makes fitness more affordable and therefore accessible to everyone. At App Courts Farm, the classes are based around a large storage container that has all the kit needed. Simply book via telephone, email or Facebook messenger; the classes are on:
- Mondays at 6:30am and 12 noon
- Tuesdays at 6:30am and 12 noon
- Wednesdays at 5pm and 6pm
- Thursdays at 6:30am and 12pm
- Fridays at 6:30am
- Saturdays at 10am
