Calasara Fitness currently run various group fitness classes in the Surrey Area and pride themselves on offering a fun, alternative way to getting fit, improving your health, losing weight and toning up. All of our classes are easy to follow, fun and very effective and are suitable for all fitness levels.

Whether you want to lose weight, improve your fitness for health reasons or simply want to join a club where you can meet new people and make new friends then Calasara Fitness is for you. Carly Linnecor and Sara Petit are the instructors who are both Level 2 Fitness & ETM Qualified, both REP members and currently teach Zumba, The Jungle Body programs, Totally Shredded and Mash It Up Fitness

Each class is a mini community with participants of all ages. Dont be afraid to come alone, you will be made welcome at all their classes. Currently Calasara Fitness is offering Zumba classes at Esher Rugby Club every Tuesday at 8pm. Check out their website for more information.
