After having her daughter Bohdi, Katy wanted to find a form of exercise to slowly ease her body back into the real world. She trained as a dancer when she was younger, and as she grew older turned to weight training and running. The core strength and stability pilates gave Katy during her post natal classes encouraged her to not only get back into shape, but to start her pilates training and business, Core Pilates - passionate about pilates, fitness, food and wellness.   • Private one to one classes at home: a fantastic way to experience a tailor made class to suit you and your body, focusing on core, back problems, injuries or rehabilitation.
  • Group of 6+ private sessions : 6 or more private one to one sessions in the comfort of your own home will enable a totally unique pilates class. Individually tailored to suit your needs and structured to reach your goals. Katy can focus on back and joint problems as well as rehabilitation after injury or illness.
  • Private class for two at home: A private class for two is perfect for busy working couples or friends who want the flexibility of having a pilates class in the comfort of their own home.
  • Private Skype class: Skype sessions are great when you can't get out to a class. This is a condensed 40 minute session so you will do your own warm up before the class and cool down with stretches after the class. Quick, easy and convenient.

I have limited flexibility ever since I began weight training a few years ago, which is why I contacted CorePilates for some help.
