Mary Frances Trust is a wellbeing charity working with adults experiencing any kind of emotional or mental health distress until they feel confident to get on with their life again. Whether you live with stress, anxiety, depression, hoarding, a bipolar disorder, a personality disorder or any other conditions, they guarantee you a place where you are welcome and feel that you belong. 

The charity is based in Leatherhead but also provide the many services below, across other areas of Surrey including: Banstead, Elmbridge, Epsom & Ewell and Spelthorne:

  • Individual support and goals setting 

  • Advice and information

  • Self-development courses

  • Physical wellbeing classes and activities

  • Interest groups 

  • Self-help and peer support groups

  • Social cafés and community groups

  • Volunteering opportunities and skill development

  • Mental health crisis support service
