MEZZACRAFT

CROCHET CLASSES & GROUPS

"Sharing the Art of Crochet"

Mezza (Merrian Holland) runs a variety of classes & groups to suit all abilities. She develops projects specifically to help her students learn new skills. Her classes include:

  • Monday & Tuesday Night Riverhouse Hookers Crochet Groups
The Riverhouse Hookers meet on Monday & Tuesday nights during term time. Each term is made up of 2 x 5 week projects. Students can sign up for the whole 10 weeks or for one 5 week project.
Skill level: you will need to be competent with basic crochet skills.
  • Learn to Crochet Course
The 4 week "learn to crochet" course is suitable for complete beginners, those that are just beginning but lacking confidence & for anybody that may have crocheted previously but need their basic skills refreshing. The course usually runs on a Saturday from 3-5pm. Maximum class size: 10 students.

Merrian is also available to teach day courses - please contact her for details of her wide repetoire of crochet techniques.

Don't fancy joining a class but would like tutoring or help with a specific project? Merrian also offers one-to-one tutoring in her "studio" in Hersham.

Please visit the mezzacraft website for more information.

The Beginners Crochet Course was a great introduction to crocheting. It was a lovely small group which meant that Merrian was able to give everyone individual attention. She was super patient and very enthusiatic (as well as talented!) for her craft.

I was so pleased when I found Merrian locally. Her patience and ability to work from your own level and guide you to the next steps makes her such an excellent teacher. I look forward to working with her on my next project!
