This one of Phoenix Running’s 6 hour timed events, with a marathon specific option, where you choose from 5km to ultra marathon - you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like of a 5.3km, 3.28 mile, out and back, course along the beautiful river Thames. Places will be strictly limited so don't leave it too late to enter. There is NO 'on the day entry'.

This project is aimed at men, to help improve physical health and emotional well-being, and help form social networks. The 12.5-meter-high climbing wall can cater for all needs, whether you’re new to climbing or have experience, the walls have something to keep everyone challenged and having fun. John is thinking of running for leadership of the Green party, but isn’t feeling too well (seems rather ‘ungreen’ of him). What happens next is as bizarre as it is hilarious.

Elliot Gresty began his musical studies at Chethams school of Music in Manchester before being awarded a scholarship to study at the Royal College of Music London in 2014. In 2018 Elliot won the Royal Overseas League for Woodwind Player of Promise and in 2019 won the Musicians’ Company ‘The Princes Prize’.
