Peter's mission is to support people in creating the ultimate physical and therefore mental state of well-being using traditional and modern techniques in fitness training. He wants to help others reach, meet and even exceed their fitness goals.
P N Fitness & Health provides mobile personal training for any fitness/age level, MSE (Muscular, Strength, Endurance) group exercises, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), military workout classes, corporate fitness & advanced nutritional advise to clients to improve their health, focus, discipline, and self-confidence. P N Fitness & Health achieves this by using traditional (Kettlebell) and modern techniques (HIIT) in the personal training world, thus enhancing the client's ability to compete and achieve success in fitness and in life.
By learning more about you and what you want to achieve Peter can create a bespoke programme to maximize your results and ensure you reach your goals without injuries. Services include:
- Kettlebell Training
- Kettlebell Classes (for any fitness level, including breathing techniques, wrist conditioning and full body stretches)
Wednesdays at 7pm - 8:30pm at the Xcel Leisure Complex
Thursdays at 7:30pm - 8:30pm at the Xcel Leisure Complex
- Corporate Training
- Core Strengthening classes
Mondays at 6pm - 6:30pm at the Xcel Leisure Complex
