Manor INN

This small, traditional, cosy, locals' pub in the back roads of Walton, towards the river, has one centre bar with seating in front of it and to one side. Mostly chairs and tables, with a long bench facing the bar, next to the brick fireplace. Various brass implements hang from the cross beam, while wrought ironwork decorates the bar. This pub was established by 1767 and was rebuilt in its present form in around 1879. It backs onto a small park and the manor house where a previous occupant signed the death warrant for King Charles 1st.

BT Sport and Sky Sports are available as well as an outside smoking area with a TV installed, and a popular Sunday buffet from 2:30pm onwards. Locals can join in with the regular darts team and golf society, and there are often hog roasts and BBQs throughout the summer. The 'Manor Fun Day' (raising money for Sam Beare Hospice) is also something to look forward to every August bank holiday.

Staff are lovely and the music is fantastic!!!
