"Specialising in Chair Yoga"

Najah's approach to teaching is designed around overall well-being with the individuals' need in mind, so all can enjoy the benefits of the practice and have fun. If you wanted to try a yoga class but you think you are not fit and supple enough, or have not yet plucked up the courage, give it a go, you might surprise yourself and fall in love with it too.

The beauty of Yoga is that it is accessible to absolutely everyone, as the session can be adapted to each person’s level of fitness or state of health. 

Najah teaches Chair Yoga classes - this seated class is designed for people of all ages who are less mobile or maybe have health issues, but are not able to get down on the mat. This class includes stretching, joint mobility, balance, building strength, stamina, breathing techniques and relaxation. These popular classes are held at:

  • Walton Centre, Manor Road, Walton-on-Thames, KT12 2PB
    on Thursdays at 10am - 11am
  • Xcel Leisure Centre, Waterside Drive, Walton-on-Thames, KT12 2JP
    on Fridays at 5:30pm - 6:30pm
  • Thames Ditton Centre, Mercer Close, Thames Ditton, KT7 0BS
    on Thursdays at 3pm - 4pm
